  • Responsibilities

    Sales Assistants are responsible for managing 75 leads per mo. The Sales Assistant completes a perfect 1003 and collects all supporting documents. The Sales Assistant is responsible for setting the loan application appointment after the 1003 is complete and the docs have been collected and the Sales Assistant establishes pro-active communication to the client and referring partner while delivering exceptional (WOW) service. Sales Assistant is required to have a positive attitude every day and interact with a high level of energy and positivity with teammates, clients, and referring partners. Negativity is prohibited. Sales Assistant will utilize call, text & email as mandatory forms of communication as each client as unique communication and response indication preferences

    Sales Assistant performance is measured by execution of Top 3 job duties and metrics within. Sales Assistant will have a “can-do”, “solutions-oriented” mindset at all times. Sales Assistant is expected to implement and complete tasks within the assigned time frame. Sales Assistant will be managed by Assumption of Excellence after the first 6 months of employment.

    WOW Service & creating a positive client relationship is paramount to ultimate future experience and mindset client will have throughout transaction.

    1. Manage and Convert the Leads
    • Contact and reply to ALL leads within 15 min (call, text, email)
    • Add Client to CRM Software (Salesforce.com)
    • Schedule Appointment Call within 3 hrs with Video Introduction follow up immediately after
    • Follow-up consistently and professionally with inactive and unresponsive leads. -Update the lead source after each milestone or contact attempt (call, text, email) -Prep all loan application documents for submission to Pre-Approval Manager -Explain the benefits of our process to the client, answer questions, handle objections and obtain client buy-in -Pull Credit on 50% of Lead -Fund 50% of Pre-Approval -Fund 25% of our Leads -Cultivate relationship / Deliver WOW Service
    1. Take a complete Loan Application and Collect All Documents
    • Take client information over the phone or direct them to the Home on Time Website
    • Collect all supporting documentation ahead of the loan appointment.
    • Explain to the clients what documents are needed and assist with collecting the documents.
    • Follow-Up consistently and professionally to ensure all documents are collected within 48 hours.
    • Review the Loan Application and the Documents, Pull Credit, Order Verifications and Import Liabilities before the Loan Appointment.
    1. Set Appointments
    • Set appointments for the Loan Officer after the appropriate Information and Documents have been collected.
