Our Sales Associate program is a great full-time opportunity for individuals looking to accelerate their career within the sales and account management functions. This program offers participants the experience of working with a variety of our products, locations and teams while developing a strong skill set to become an essential part of the sales organization.

To be eligible you must be a final year undergraduate or postgrad student and have completed all the requirements of your course before September 2023. You should be on track for a GPA of 3.0, 80% or equivalent in any subject area. 

As an international company, our broader sales organization consists of several key teams that play vital roles in the overall client journey. You will have an opportunity to gain experience working with teams consisting of sales, account management, customer success and business development.

Recruitment Process:

• The first stage of the recruitment process involves a review of your CV and motivational statement.
• Should you pass the initial screening stage, you will be invited to complete an online test to help identify the skills and behaviours you’ll bring to the role. It includes some questions on how you would describe yourself, how you typically approach tasks, and a short cognitive ability test.   
• The next step is a telephone interview where we will test your motivations for the role as well as some of our key competencies.
• The final stage is an assessment centre which involves a number of different types of exercises – further information is provided at the point of invite.

Please note, all our assessment centres will be run virtually this year.

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York City applicants only):

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $48,300 - $89,700. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our annual incentive (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage.

In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our variable incentive compensation plan.
