  • Responsibilities
    • Effectively communicate EVEN Financial’s product offerings and value proposition to current and prospective clients

    • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective new partners/clients to go after

    • Identify and close new revenue opportunities with current and/or new prospect partners

    • Follow-through with all aspects of securing new clients - from managing the internal communication, review and approval of deal terms, to coordinating with legal staff on contract drafting and execution.

    • Work closely with internal teams to transition new deals for on-boarding and implementation

    • Consistently deliver superior customer service to all partners

    • Provide timely guidance and forecasting to head of sales on all pipeline, opportunity and revenue information

    • Prepare written presentations, reports and pricing proposals

    • Effectively and accurately utilize Salesforce to keep records of all sales and prospecting activities, client meetings, sales calls, presentations, proposals, closed deals, and related sales activities

    • Attend industry trade shows & visit clients to uncover opportunities & strengthen relationships

  • Qualifications
    • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in the financial services industry related to sales or account management

    • Strong familiarity with online media, as well as the business models that are prevalent in that industry

    • Experience dealing with outside clients or vendors are a must.

    • Entrepreneurial-minded

    • Strong written and verbal communication

    • Self-starter with a great personality and good people skills

    • Interested in the Fintech start-up world within the financial services space

    • Strong and focused work ethic

    • Detail oriented

    • Have a sharp, professional demeanor

    • BA/BS required

    • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required

  • Desired skills

    Experience with Salesforce, Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Compensation
    - $60K – $115K - 0.005% – 0.02% equity in the company
