Job Description
The Program Manager for Sales Plays role will focus on owning and supporting activities around playbook and framework optimization, standardizing metrics, actionable insights, seller engagement, content governance with the focus on the Global priority sales motions known as Sales plays.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting stakeholder communications by preparing tailored decks for monthly alignment sessions and quarterly insights, ensuring content is customized for regional, business unit, and leadership audiences.
You will manage the Sales Play Teams sites, maintaining up-to-date resources, templates, and best practices, while auditing content and managing access permissions. Your role includes consolidating global readiness and regional activation calendars, documenting and sharing activation best practices.
You will collaborate with enablement teams and go-to-market teams to build, update, and organize enablement materials such as guides, playbooks, and onboarding decks. Additionally, you will prepare and distribute regular reports on activation progress, adoption, and feedback for the AI roleplay platform, analyzing data to extract actionable insights.
Finally, you will lead the development of AI roleplay scenarios and train enablement partners and sellers on tool usage, while managing governance and administrative responsibilities including group setup, reporting lines, and enrollment.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 134,600.00 to 195,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
