    Job Description

    The Program Manager for Sales Plays role will focus on owning and supporting activities around playbook and framework optimization, standardizing metrics, actionable insights, seller engagement, content governance with the focus on the Global priority sales motions known as Sales plays.

    As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting stakeholder communications by preparing tailored decks for monthly alignment sessions and quarterly insights, ensuring content is customized for regional, business unit, and leadership audiences.

    You will manage the Sales Play Teams sites, maintaining up-to-date resources, templates, and best practices, while auditing content and managing access permissions. Your role includes consolidating global readiness and regional activation calendars, documenting and sharing activation best practices.

    You will collaborate with enablement teams and go-to-market teams to build, update, and organize enablement materials such as guides, playbooks, and onboarding decks. Additionally, you will prepare and distribute regular reports on activation progress, adoption, and feedback for the AI roleplay platform, analyzing data to extract actionable insights.

    Finally, you will lead the development of AI roleplay scenarios and train enablement partners and sellers on tool usage, while managing governance and administrative responsibilities including group setup, reporting lines, and enrollment.

    This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
    • Skilled in developing scalable documentation such as how-to guides, playbooks, and onboarding toolkits that support consistent execution and learning across teams.
    • Strong enablement effectiveness measurement strategies, key performance indicators, and translating insights into recommended actions
    • Intuitive ability to tailor messaging & communication to best enable target audience
    • Good working knowledge of AI and leveraging across content discovery and delivery
    • Excellent interpersonal skills in cross-functional partnership, effective communication, extensive collaboration, and as a team player
    • Ability to problem-solve proactively and creatively while being able to adapt and work around evolving needs, priorities, and deadlines
    • Discipline in being organized, planning and prioritizing across multiple projects with minimal oversee, driving impact independently

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 134,600.00 to 195,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
