Roadex is a Financial Services company specializing in the transportation/freight industry and located in Livonia, MI. We are in an exciting growth mode and are planning multiple marketing strategies for 2021 and are looking for the right people to help us continue this growth.
The Inside Sales/Team Lead position is a role that we are looking to fill with someone who has a strong sales acumen, infectious positive attitude, and impeccable work ethic. The goal is to transition from Sales Producer to a producing Team Lead in the first 4-6 months as you learn our industry, processes, and services. We are looking for someone with the confidence, experience, and drive to both close their own deals, while also helping other team members close effectively.
We offer an array of services to freight companies including invoice factoring, dispatching, insurance, and a diesel fuel discount program with a line of credit. Each service provides commission opportunities so one account often means multiple commissions! All wok can be done electronically, and we use the latest technology to ensure a quick sales cycle. This is a full-time position and full training will be provided.

Full time 40 hour work week with a base salary plus commissions and bonuses
