    The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating the tools, assets and resources that empowers the sales and account management teams to be efficient, effective, and consistent in their use of marketing collateral and resources. This person acts as a liaison with the marketing, sales, proposal teams, and other teams such as HR to create materials that equip the sales team with information and content that is accessible, repeatable and ready for use. This position reports to the Director, Content Marketing.

     

     

    Required Skills

     

    PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Works with subject matter experts to create new and customize existing presentations to target specific clients and prospects; Manage the sales document library, updating and optimizing for continued efficiency, and ensuring alignment with brand and content standards; Coach sales executives on effective deployment of marketing assets via technology, oral presentations, in-person meetings, etc.
    • Contribute to the success of the overall marketing and content strategy that encompasses content creation, execution and promotion. Create revenue generating sales content to advance pursuits, including client case studies, sales pitches including best and finals, program and product collateral, and custom work – including regionally-specific materials
    • Work closely with vendor relationships with agencies and freelancers'
    • Responsibly manage and maintain budget
    • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

     

    Required Experience

     

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Requires technical knowledge, training and understanding of Marketing, Communications, English & Business.
    • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing
    • Collaborative team-player and natural relationship builder with experience working closely with cross-functional teams at all levels
    • Position requires invention, imagination, originality or talent in a recognized field of artistic or creative endeavor
    • Needs to be able to carry out major assignments in conducting the operations of business.
    • Able to perform work that effects business operations to a substantial degree, even if position's assignments are related operation of a particular segment of the business.

    Anticipated Salary and Benefits Summary - $70K. Comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Employee assistance program, paid time off based on years of service, paid holidays per year, life insurance and disability coverage
