As such, we have created a Corporate Program Product Management organization to bring together all core corporate payment products including corporate cards, central billing solutions (BTA), and virtual cards. The team will spearhead the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of G&L and US MM customers.

    The Go-To-Market (GTM) Center of Excellence (COE) was created to effectively drive commercial enablement efforts impacting G&L and US MM customers and field teams across all Corporate Solutions products.

    The Senior Analyst, Product Management, will be a critical member of the GTM COE team, supporting the strategy and go-to-market execution for all Corporate Solutions products, with a focus on BTA, and our virtual card solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee key performance metrics (both lagging and early signal indicators) and portfolio dynamics to help ensure performance issues are identified and resolved, and find opportunities to progress
    • Use data-driven insights to strategically target cross-sell and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Field Partners
    • Lead Marketing and Field Enablement content strategy and execution in partnership with our Product and Marketing stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement the go-to-market sales effectiveness strategy with GCS Sales & Account Development teams and other key partners.
    • Stay informed with initiatives across the Corporate Solutions product organization and connect the dots to avoid siloed solutions
    • Collaborate with partners in Product Management and Development to raise technical issues and prioritize development needs emerging from voice of customer/ performance insights.
    • Coordinate and synthesize voice of customer and competitive analysis to define and implement the product feature roadmap across solutions and optimize customer experience and business impact.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum:

    • Track record of delivering results in product management, strategy, marketing or GTM enablement roles.
    • Ability to synthesize and translate data and insights to inform our strategy.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in fast-paced environment - bias for action, gets stuff done.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to change course quickly based on new insights.
    • Experience running cross-functional projects with ability to bridge connections across internal and external partners and consider multiple points of view.
    • Strong communication (written and verbal), comfortable presenting to senior audiences and across functional lines.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    Preferred:

    • Experience creating and executing customer-facing marketing and sales content for commercial clients, especially in highly constrained compliance environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of relevant experience
