    ECMX sits within American Express’s Membership Portfolio Services (MPS) organization. MPS, part of our U.S. Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several strategically important businesses. We are creating unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model across Amex Offers, Advertising, Dining, and Marketing.

    We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Marketing to join the International Web Solutions team. In this role, you will support the U.S. region in the day-to-day operations required to deliver digital marketing initiatives while building strong relationships with partner teams and key stakeholders. You will be part of a global team that values collaboration, innovation, and supporting one another. This role also provides opportunities to lead transformation initiatives that enhance team capabilities and drive operational excellence.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the day-to-day operations of online marketing campaign launches and delivery processes, including ensuring on-time delivery, managing rush request scheduling, supporting audits, and delivering training.
    • Support content build activities as needed and project manage end-to-end deliverables for partner teams and stakeholders.
    • Ensure all internal CMS content delivers best-in-class digital experiences aligned with Design, UX, SEO, and accessibility standards.
    • Provide technical and process consultation to Marketing and key stakeholders.
    • Act as a liaison between Marketing and Technology teams by translating business requirements for technology partners and communicating platform capabilities to Marketing stakeholders.
    • Support audit activities, training, process documentation, volume forecasting, and reporting.
    • Participate in business-driven projects as a subject matter expert (SME) for the platform and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
    • Support additional Marketing Capabilities and future platform capabilities as business needs evolve.
    • Develop presentations for senior leadership that clearly communicate project status, progress, and key insights.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of experience in digital content management and/or web product management.
    • Strong understanding of SEO and UX principles, web standards, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0 and W3C).
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business needs, and influence outcomes.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
    • Quick learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones when required.
    • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred but not required.
    • Experience with Adobe Analytics or a similar analytics platform is preferred but not required.
