    The Consumer Banking Organization’s mission is to become essential to American Express Members’ lives by providing Everyday Banking products with unparalleled value, service, and convenience.     The Senior Analyst - Product Management, Growth Strategy, will play a critical role in accelerating growth across our Consumer Deposits portfolio-including Rewards Checking, High Yield Savings, and Certificate of Deposit products. This individual will help drive new account acquisition and deposit balance growth by translating data into actionable marketing strategies. Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Legal teams, this role will support the execution of growth initiatives and help bring data-driven strategies to market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • **Partner closely with Marketing and key stakeholders to develop and launch campaigns ** by managing timelines, creative assets, offers, and marketing capabilities that accelerate banking growth initiatives
    • Own and evolve the product acquisition hierarchy , including refining claims, positioning, and the product toolkit, while partnering closely with Marketing to ensure consistent, high-impact execution across all digital content and customer-facing assets.
    • Represent Banking in cross-Enterprise initiatives by supporting Consumer programs that deepen Banking penetration among Card Members - partnering with Card teams to execute key programs that drive NAA growth (e.g. supporting Card refreshes, new product launches, and more).
    • Build and leverage strong cross-functional working relationships across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Technology.
    • Contribute to presentations for Leadership and stakeholder alignment by creating polished, executive-ready presentations and supporting roadshows that deliver clear, concise messaging that drive informed decision-making.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Proactive, resourceful self-starter with a positive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset and a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges through analytical rigor and creative problem-solving
    • Strong project management skills and able to drive initiatives forward amid ambiguity, competing priorities, and a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining momentum and accountability
    • Strategic, solution-oriented thinker who balances big-picture perspective with meticulous attention to detail and a bias toward action
    • Collaborative partner and leader with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build relationships across functions, align stakeholders, and communicate effectively with audiences at all levels
    • Results-driven mindset with a competitive edge, motivated to raise the bar, deliver measurable impact, and “win” in a competitive market
    • Intellectually curious and interested in the Banking and Fintech landscape to stay ahead of trends, innovations, and customer needs
    • Experience in digital marketing preferred, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance
    • 3+ years of professional experience

    Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
