WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Develop dynamic driver-based, real-time financial modeling focused on projecting cash flow, income statement, and balance sheet impacts based across many scenarios
• Prepare analytics supporting monthly financial statements for distribution to the CFO, CEO, and Department Heads
• Assist partners in understanding variances and performance metrics, driving recommendations on actions required
• Partner with Capital Markets team on complex financing structures
• Develop competitive intelligence to benchmark company vs. the market
• Manage forecasting and annual planning workstreams
• Develop unit economic model to evaluate return on capital from different products and geographic markets

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related field.
• 2-5+ years in a financial analysis, consulting, or business analytics role
• Financial modeling experience required
• Investment banking/corporate strategy & development experience is preferred
• Ability to convert financial and accounting data into business information.

REPORTS TO: Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

JOB LEVEL: Senior Associate

The minimum salary for this role is $74,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company's sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
