What you’ll do
This position is responsible for leading the enterprise transformation program for one of the major banking clients, accountable for end-to-end outcomes across the client life cycle - from contract to delivery alignment, mobilization through to go-live and scale. Own executive stakeholder alignment, program governance, delivery quality, and time-to-value, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met or exceeded.
Strong technical fluency in modern banking platforms and cloud architectures-able to challenge assumptions, interpret designs, and ensure delivery quality
Must have leadership and executive presence, ability to be innovative, as is primarily responsible for implementing the product to a customer and collaborating with staff members on a regular basis. Advise executives regarding how to balance competing priorities and oversee projects and activities to ensure that effective business strategies and goals are met.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
