    WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

    Reporting to our Manager of AML & Fraud Investigations, you will perform independent, comprehensive, investigative reviews related to fraudulent and suspicious activity involving: Identity Theft, Identity Fraud, ACH Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, Money Laundering, Transactional Activity Analysis, Elder Financial Abuse etc.

    • Lead complex investigations when potential rings or patterns of fraud are identified

    • Provide accurate response to emails or voicemails to ensure customers receive the best service when verification is requested

    • Provide consultation and daily support to internal associates related to fraud investigations and loss mitigation opportunities

    • Work with clients to assess and identify fraudulent activities

    • Work with BSA/AML, Tech, Product and Analytics to develop tools, reports and processes to create efficiencies and enhance the ability to detect fraudulent activity

    • Use data to perform and prepare monthly reporting

    • Perform other jobs as assigned such as assisting to train department personnel

    • Help create task related job aids and training materials

    • Provide guidance to team members on general fraud questions and procedures

    • Take part in fraud related projects as our needs are identified

    • Conduct job shadow requests from other internal departments

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline preferred . Equivalent work experience in business management or criminal justice may substitute education requirement

    • 2+ years fraud detection and prevention experience preferred, in depth knowledge and understanding of fraud,

    • Maintain composure in stressful situations and excellent conflict resolution skills.

    • The ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing work environment.

    REPORTS TO: Manager of AML & Fraud Investigations

    JOB LEVEL: Senior Analyst

    The minimum salary for this role is $60,000 . The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.

    The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company's sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
