Position Summary
Visa’s Global Brand Team is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to join our Global Marketing organization, focusing on strengthening Visa’s Brand Value for both consumers and clients. This pivotal role will drive the development and management of our global brand claims strategy, positioning Visa as a leader in security, acceptance and trust. The Senior Manager will spearhead key FY26 initiatives that support our Security+ strategy, shape compelling value propositions, and unlock new opportunities to showcase Visa’s superiority in the marketplace. Effectively embedding Visa’s brand advantages in consumer advertising is a key lever for marketing to be able to deliver on the four strategic imperatives of Visa’s 2030 Strategy.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in global brand strategy, brand marketing, or related field-financial services or technology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in brand claims development, substantiation, and competitive positioning.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform strategy and storytelling.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with brand measurement tools e.g., BERA and audience research methodologies a plus.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 149,900.00 to 217,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
