The Corporate Site Strategy team plays a critical role in driving demand and shaping how our Corporate solutions are presented across the prospect journey.

Many of the products we bring to market are complex. Our responsibility is to help customers quickly understand what we offer, why it matters, and what to do next. Clear, effective storytelling is not just a brand exercise-it directly impacts engagement, conversion, and growth.

As we evolve our digital experience through new product launches and platform enhancements, we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead creative strategy and storytelling across the Corporate prospect site.

This role partners closely with OnBrand, UX, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to bring positioning to life in clear and compelling ways across the buying journey.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead creative strategy for the Corporate prospect site, translating product positioning into clear, structured messaging that helps customers understand complex offerings and take action

    • Define and evolve messaging frameworks and hierarchy across key pages (Homepage, Product Pages, and supporting journeys), ensuring clarity, consistency, and progression through the customer journey

    • Identify where customers may be confused, hesitant, or disengaged, using product understanding, customer insight, and market context to shape more effective messaging approaches

    • Develop clear, insight-driven creative briefs that define the problem to solve, the audience, and the intended outcome, and guide execution across partners

    • Translate complex product capabilities into simple, accurate, and differentiated value propositions, balancing clarity, precision, and brand standards

    • Partner closely with OnBrand, UX, Product Marketing, and external agencies to bring storytelling to life across page experiences, providing direction and structured feedback throughout development

    • Ensure alignment between site messaging and broader marketing, campaign, and go-to-market narratives, adapting content to different audiences and stages of the funnel

    • Partner with Site Strategy, Conversion, and Analytics teams to frame messaging changes as testable hypotheses, incorporate performance insights, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the experience

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Qualifications
