What You’ll Do:
GTM Content Development:
- Create sales enablement materials such as product playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and client-facing collateral.
- Maintain and update content to reflect new product features and market changes.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform GTM strategies.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in positioning and commercialization.
- Use analytics and ideal client profiles to develop 'qualified' target lists.
Workstream Ownership:
- Manage specific GTM and commercialization workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with launch plans.
- Support pricing and packaging initiatives by gathering insights and preparing recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product and Solutions teams to understand new offerings and translate technical details into clear, compelling sales narratives.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure enablement materials meet seller needs and support pipeline growth.
Operational Support:
- Assist in tracking GTM execution milestones and reporting progress to leadership.
- Contribute to process improvements that make VAS products easier to sell and buy.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 5-7 years of experience in GTM strategy, commercialization, or sales enablement, preferably in technology or payments.
- Experience in strategy consulting preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting market and competitive research and ROI analysis.
- Proven ability to create high-quality content for sales and client engagement.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of Visa's ecosystem, with expertise in either the acceptance or risk space.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 161,600.00 to 234,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
