Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a leading payments provider serving businesses of all sizes, with Small Business representing our largest and fastest-growing customer segment. The Small Business Marketing team drives acquisition and customer engagement across Charge Cards, Proprietary Lending products, and co-brand partnerships, playing a critical role in accelerating U.S. SME growth.
Within this organization, the Small Business Demand Generation team is responsible for creating best-in-class, integrated prospect experiences that drive new Card Member acquisition.
The Senior Manager, Prospect Paid Media will lead strategy and execution for paid media demand generation, driving incremental growth through rigorous forecasting, performance measurement, and a disciplined test-and-learn approach. This role is focused on optimizing investment decisions, advancing measurement frameworks, and unlocking new opportunities to improve acquisition performance across channels.
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader who can translate insights into action and continuously elevate marketing effectiveness to improve outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a subject matter expert in paid media, leading strategy and optimization for Small Business Card acquisition. Drive channel performance through continuous testing, learning, and refinement.
Define and execute a holistic paid media strategy, including test-and-learn agendas, optimization plans, and performance frameworks that clearly articulate what success looks like.
Accountable for delivering against acquisition and growth targets by leveraging data-driven decision-making, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and adjusting strategies in real time.
Analyze audience, creative, partner, and product performance to generate actionable insights that improve efficiency and scale growth.
Lead forecasting and budget allocation processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives. Continuously refine approach based on performance trends.
Own measurement strategy and partner closely with internal teams (e.g., MOCA Attribution, Finance, Audience Strategy & Analytics) to evaluate and optimize channel impact.
Ensure flawless campaign execution, including tagging, tracking, and overall campaign infrastructure to support accurate measurement and performance optimization.
