The ideal candidate has a strong instinct for customer experience and the technical fluency to bring new product ideas to life quickly. While this PM will spearhead the work, success depends on close collaboration across the enterprise to identify, refine, and validate the most promising opportunities.

    • Develop and evolve new product concepts that are meaningfully differentiated and built to deliver lasting value for customers and the business.
    • Manage a portfolio of early-stage bets, progressing multiple ideas in parallel through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and validation.
    • Work closely with partners in design, engineering, and decision science to prototype experiences, assess feasibility, and iterate quickly based on learning.
    • Collaborate with Business Units to understand their strategies and ensure the portfolio of concepts supports meaningful business outcomes.
    • Establish success criteria and learning plans for experiments, using customer feedback and data to decide what to advance, refine, or stop.
    • Navigate risk considerations to responsibly test new concepts in market.
    • Package insights, recommendations, and business cases to support decision-making and transitions from experimentation to scale.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in product management, product discovery, or new product development roles.
    • Proven ability to lead early-stage product initiatives in ambiguous problem spaces.
    • Strong discovery toolkit, including user research, experimentation, and qualitative and quantitative synthesis.
    • Technical fluency and comfort working hands-on with engineers to explore feasibility and tradeoffs.
    • Comfort getting hands-on with AI tools to develop prototypes and explore ideas quickly, even when solutions are not yet well-defined.
    • Deep customer empathy and experience designing products where trust, transparency, and control are essential.
    • Experience influencing across cross-functional teams without formal authority.
    • Clear communicator who can articulate learnings, tradeoffs, and recommendations succinctly.
