Our Senior Product Manager, Payment Solutions, Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) will manage and develop HSBC Payments products with the objective of contributing to profitability and to enhance the client experience.

GLCM is one of HSBC's global product lines. The group is part of Global Banking and Markets and global Commercial Banking and supports relationship managers by providing the products and expertise their customers need. In essence GLCM helps clients, mainly treasurers, move their cash, have visibility and access to their cash, and invest their cash. Our expertise in this area has been recognized by the industry’s most prominent publications as the best global cash manager for corporate and financial institutions in consecutive years.
On a typical day your activities could include the following:
Driving product and proposition development, pricing, retention, service, communication and product management across HSBC.
Developing and championing existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
Leading product and brands team across HSBC.
Initiating and planning the development of new products as well as implementation and delivery.
Develop Product Strategy Design for assigned products with primacy for P&L
Seek regional funding in alignment with Global’s IT Investment & Prioritization
Pricing Strategy, commercialization and marketing of Payment Platforms
Oversight of Payment Product Governance, Risk Mitigation and Fraud Prevention
Focus on Product growth and contribute to regional P&L
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $123,600 and $185,400.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements
Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
Substantial, proven, progressive and broad based Global Liquidity and Cash Management or treasury experience or equivalent , including a proven track record in Product Development and experience in navigating diverse, cross functional teams, regionally and locally.
Excellent knowledge and direct experience of Project Management disciplines and client connectivity and treasury system technology.
Bachelors degree
