From workflow automation and administrative tooling to AI-enabled experiences and operational platforms, you'll help shape the future of how Resy teams work.

If you thrive at the intersection of product management, systems thinking, operational excellence, and emerging technology-and are excited about building products that empower internal teams-this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

    • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and productize internal workflows.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to build scalable internal capabilities that support multiple business functions.
    • Build internal platforms, workflow automation, administrative tools, AI-enabled experiences, and integrations that can be leveraged across multiple teams.
    • Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve employee productivity and operational effectiveness.
    • Prioritize product investments by balancing business impact, operational efficiency, technical complexity, and long-term scalability.
    • Measure success through operational outcomes, including adoption, process efficiency, time savings, and employee experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3-5 years of experience in digital product management, with a strong track record of delivering technically complex products.
    • Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, or enterprise software that improves team productivity.
    • Ability to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, from discovery through launch and iteration.
    • Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools to rapidly build and test functional product prototypes that inform product strategy and reduce time to validation.
    • Comfortable working with technical systems and platforms, including APIs, system integrations, data platforms, workflow automation, and scalable architectures.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs.
    • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through product solutions.
    • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.

    Preferred Qualifications
