As our Senior Manager Project Management you would be responsible for execution and delivery of GLCM Product key initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for the breadth of core product delivery including driving innovation for customers within GLCM Products.
Here’s what you can expect:
Act as Product Owner in a Core Banking Agile pod, serving as strategic advisor and bringing diverse perspectives to leverage multiple ways of thinking while developing end-user focused solution, support pod demand and capacity planning, reporting, issues, risks and dependencies management. Ensures alignment between internal stakeholders and customers across all HSBC Wholesale Deposit Account projects by defining project objectives in conjunction with stakeholders. Prepare project plans and/or provide assistance in the preparation of project plans. You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating changes impacting HSBC Wholesale Core Banking platform that helps to develops business process deliverables that aligns to HSBC Global Payment Solutions (GPS) strategy.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $123,600 and $185,400.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You’ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
Knowledge of Payments & Cash management and Core Banking Platforms
Project Management and Agile experience, PMP or Agile Product Manager/Owner certifications a plus
Proven ability to operate across onshore and offshore team with a track record of operating in a matrixed environment across global and local teams, and across lines of business and product groups to deliver end to end solutions.
Possess excellent leadership and communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities. As well as a proven passion for developing innovative solutions that provide a complete understanding of customers' needs.
Experience in eliciting, analyzing and communicating requirements across multiple stakeholders
Ability to utilizes data and analytics to deliver insight into customer and business process performance and shares best practices
