The role holder will provide support, oversight, and guidance as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Operations teams and Front office in the resolution of multiple functions including, but not limited to; trade settlement, incoming/outgoing transfers of marketable and non-marketable assets, reconciliation, and assistance with settlement administration of alternative investments. (The term alternative investments will refer to; Orphan Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Funds of Funds, Precious Metals, and certain non-marketable assets)
The role holder will be familiar with the product sets, serving as liaison with the associated product managers and key RM’s to ensure maintenance of appropriate operational processes necessary
Here’s what you can expect:
The candidate will be responsible for stakeholder management across a number Operationally focused projects as well as acting as lead point of contact for DBS and GSC’s.
The role will provide centralized support for the continued alignment of historical PBOps and Brokerage ops as it relates to the establishment of process, procedure, and relevant stakeholder approvals.
Securities Licensed preferred
To be successful in this role you will feel comfortable across a wide variety of products and disciplined within the Wealth landscape. You’ll need to be an efficient communicator comfortable with running lead on number of high-profile projects with tight deadlines. The role will feel comfortable interacting with diverse teams across a number of jurisdictions.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $65,600.00 and $98,300.00.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
