Client Service Team Leader (Evenings) -- Midtown, Manhattan In this role you will be responsible for leading, directing, and mentoring a client Services Banking unit and providing support for Private Client Groups and Clients of Signature. Work Hours 8:30PM to 5:00AM (M-F) Primary responsibilities include: Manage and staff the Client Services Team and internal and Internet Banking phone lines. Review and approve Standard and Enhanced Internet Banking Services requests, Admin requests, Escrow requests and other on Work-flow. Provide phone/e-mail support to clients, private clients groups, and internal support areas on internet banking related issues. Train, coach, and mentor Internet Banking Associates on procedures, communication resources and techniques (Phone/e-mails/Work-flow). *Monitor and review an appropriate number of calls per month per Associate. Review client account documentation to ensure various platform setups are correctly allocated (i.e. corporate agreements, signers, owners, etc.); ensure documentation satisfies security measures, compliance and bank regulations. Handle all employee performance issues and work with HR or manager as needed. Interview and make hiring recommendations on perspective new-hires. Assist in developing, updating, and writing new Banking procedures. Supervise the extended hours staff, which includes call center representatives, as needed and manage the secure e-mail extended- hours process as needed. Responsible for daily staffing, evaluations, appraisals, and bonus considerations for the IB unit. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years previous supervisor/team-leader/management experience in banking or financial services, Call- Center Unit required. 2 years previous experience with various financial services platforms and the review of account opening/supporting documentation preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Detailed oriented, organized and dedicated professional; ability to meet deadlines. Strong problem solving and issue recognition skills. Proactive and motivated Innovator.
