***THIS POSITION WILL INITIALLY BE REMOTE AND MAY BE TRANSITIONED INTO THE OFFICE AT A LATER DATE TO BE DETERMINED.  REMOTE REQUIREMENTS WILL INCLUDE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, A REMOTE WORKSTATION IN AN AREA FREE OF BACKGROUND NOISE AND DISTRACTIONS, AND A TELEPHONE TO USE IN CASE OF COMPUTER DIFFICULTIES. ***

• $15.00- $20.50 PER HOUR (BASED UPON EXPERIENCE) PLUS MONTHLY INCENTIVES!
• Morning and evening shift times, with just ONE Saturday a month
• Full time
• Start date is: March 29th

THE JOB…

• Working with customers to bring delinquent accounts to a current status
• Making routine phone calls to customers
• Helping find solutions to aid customers
• Being a critical thinker with a bias for action

YOU…

• Previous collections experience a plus
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fluency in English, in written and verbal forms
