    As a Oracle HCM Functional Engineer supporting Colleague Experience Technology Services, you will develop solutions on the Oracle Cloud platform that includes the Talent, Learn and Recruiting modules by leveraging best-in-class vendor products and services to support the needs for our stakeholders coming from different domains of Colleague Experience Group. If you love building and configuring analytical solutions in an enterprise environment, engineering interfaces between systems, maintaining external career website, information security, and leveraging the latest technologies, we’ll support you with an open environment and learning culture to grow your career. You will also have a sharp eye when it comes to Information Security and Platform Health to ensure all our products and services are secure and compliant within the ever-changing security landscape.

    Software Engineer I develops and maintains software applications, writes clean and efficient code, completes code reviews with guidance and automated testing to ensure high-quality deliverables, debugs software components, and supports and monitors software across various environments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develops and maintains software applications
    • Writes clean, efficient, and well-documented code
    • Completes code reviews and automated testing with guidance from peers and leaders
    • Debugs basic software components and identifies code defects for remediation
    • Supports and monitors software across test, integration, and production environments
    • Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Basic Qualifications :

    • 1-3 years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:
    • Prior Experience of Implementing HCM Fusion Core Module
    • Prior experience of HCM fusion Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
    • Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
    • Prior experience of developing Oracle Journey, email notification using Alert Composer / BIP, approval workflow.
    • Prior experience of developing solution using Document of Record.
    • Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
    • Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
    • Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
    • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.

    Nice to Have :

    • Prior knowledge of VBS , Redwood, ORC, Talent, Learn, Compensation will advantage.
    • Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
    • Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages will be advantages
