Citi's Sophomore Leadership Program was developed to provide exceptional sophomore students with a ten-week summer internship in New York City. The program will offer interns training, mentorship and exposure to different Institutional Clients Group (ICG) businesses during the internship.

Your time here will look something like this...

• Robust 1-week training program to include technical and soft skill training
• Three 3-week rotations to provide exposure to multiple lines of business (Corporate Banking, Capital Markets Origination, Investment Banking, Markets & Securities Services, Treasury & Trade Solutions, Private Bank)
• Group project which will provide opportunity for additional learning
• Executive Speaker Series, lunch and learns, and cross business networking events
• Formal evaluations at the end of each rotation

We want to hear from you if...

• You are a sophomore currently enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution
• Open to all disciplines and majors 3.3 GPA or above
• All candidates are selected based on their academic achievements, extracurricular activities, campus leadership, and interest in the financial services industry.
