Finance Intern - SCF Solutions (unpaid) South Carolina Financial Solutions, LLC is looking for a talented, responsible and dedicated student to join our SCF Solutions department for an Internship opportunity! Specifically, were looking for a candidate who will: -Report to the President and Office Manager of SCF Solutions, LLC -Work with Licensed Sales Associate to understand and reconcile insurance commissions. -Populate spreadsheets with relevant data related to commissions. -Support the Office Manager with monthly accounting responsibilities. -Research and populate Investment monthly reports. The intern must successfully complete our pre-screening process (i.e., credit check, background investigation and drug-screen). Minimum Qualifications: -Pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university, and will have a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.8. -Possess similar or related experience. -Possess experience communicating professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing. -Possess strong attention to detail. -Possess the ability to promptly and accurately multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to achieve objectives timely. -Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others. -Possess experience effectively utilizing the Internet for research and working with computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. -Possess the ability to take initiative without being prompted. -Possess intermediate mathematical skills performing calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
