    Job Description

    We are looking for a Talent Tools Manager to help provide support for multiple teams across Square's Talent organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an all hands-on deck environment, can handle concurrent workstreams of different scope and timelines, enjoys working with people (within and outside of the company), and is passionate about finding ways to build remarkable solutions to support our growing Talent team.

    YOU WILL:

    • Manage Talent's interview and hiring tools / systems for multiple operating units. This includes our ATS, CRM, and coding interview tools.

    • Create and enhance recruiting processes and partnerships

    • Partner with Talent Analytics to create custom reporting and dashboards to evaluate usage and ROI of our tools

    • Gain alignment from partners and Talent Leads on best path forward through presenting ideas clearly, guiding productive discussions and enabling stakeholders to express concerns and goals

    • Report to a Talent Operations Manager

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    YOU HAVE:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related area, or equivalent work experience

    • Work experience in Recruiting Operations, specifically with modern, best-of-breed tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) in a high-growth company

    • A strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle, processes, and how to best optimize for efficiency

    • Project management ability to plan, identify, and track progress, milestones, and deliverables

    • Experience using continuous improvement methodology

    • A solution-oriented mindset under pressure and in areas of ambiguity

    • Experience taking initiative with minimal guidance

    • Skills to influence and negotiate

    • A passion for learning and natural curiosity for finding creative solutions and ways to tweak and improve processes

    • Empathy for others and interest in understanding diverse perspectives
