This individual will be responsible for the build out of our Cash App Operations team in Portland. You will be responsible for hiring a combination of volume and strategic senior roles. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience, with a process improvement mindset. Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup or agency environment
A passion for building effective, cohesive teams
The proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
The ability and willingness to work autonomously and drive results within a distributed workforce.
Superior communication skills
Experience recruiting for operational roles in a technical or financial organization
Experience building recruiting processes
Project Management experience
