    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our Hardware Operations team. You will manage vendor relationships, source new accessories, work with internal partners to launch products as we scale, and assist with budgeting. You are comfortable working in a cross-functional role and are experienced in procurement, accounting, and vendor relationship management.

    You Will:

    • Manage vendor relationships and track vendor performance through data and metrics
    • Maintain all vendor contracts for hardware accessories
    • Source new hardware accessories and negotiate prices
    • Partner with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, Supply and Demand, to ensure successful launch of new products
    • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and onsite meetings for hardware accessory vendors
    • Manage purchase orders for new products
    • Help with budgeting
    • Manage OpEx purchase orders for new products' budgets
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    You Have:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ years of professional experience
    • Vendor relationship management experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational skills
    • Excel skills
    • Experience in procurement and accounting
    • Experience in payments, technology, or hardware is a plus

    We are looking for someone in the Bay area - either SF/ Oakland base
