Job Description
As Product Manager for Employee Financial Services, you will identify and solve the needs of hourly workers, some of the most under-served and overlooked participants of our economy. With our new On-Demand Pay offering, employees of businesses that use Square Payroll can access a portion of their earned wages before their regularly scheduled pay date. We are looking for an experienced product manager who is as excited as we are about growing the impact of this and other offerings that help employees and contractors of small businesses build up a financial safety net.
In this role, you will set the vision and execution of our Employee Financial Services products within Square Payroll. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, analysts, marketing and other cross-functional teams to move quickly towards delivering and scaling a remarkable product for employees of Square Payroll businesses and beyond. You will need to dig in to understand our customers and their needs, analyze data, and guide our outstanding team to move fast and ship remarkable solutions.
