The Caviar Marketing team is seeking a Part-Time Email Marketing Coordinator/Intern to join our growing team in our New York City office. In this role, you’ll collaborate across the team to ship a variety of email campaigns, triggered messages, in-product marketing assets, and all other owned communication channels with our diners.
You are perfect for the role if you are a super organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic marketer with an impeccable ability to meet tight deadlines. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving company at the forefront of on-demand food ordering. Also, you probably love food.
This is a part-time role for 20-25 hours/week.
You Will:
Work closely with our Growth Marketing Managers and other Email Marketing Coordinator(s) to produce Caviar email campaigns in support of our 10 markets: NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, DC, Dallas / Fort Worth, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, and San Francisco Bay Area
Create, schedule, QA, and deploy all email campaigns as well as in-product marketing assets such as notifications and announcements
Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, offers, timing, and other variables that drive email performance
Assist with concepting fun and interesting content based on past email performance
Manage cross-team collaboration to ensure assets are collected, QA’d and deployed on schedule
Qualifications
Qualifications
You have:
An interest in email marketing with the ability to think both creatively and analytically.
Strong attention to detail, from using the perfect punctuation to creating well-structured spreadsheets.
Hustle. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed.
An eagerness to learn from a supportive team of marketing specialists.
At least 2 past marketing, brand, or other relevant internships.
A love for food & hospitality.
A Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree.
