    Job Description

Over the last decade, Square revolutionized payments with a remarkably easy-to-use product and changed the commerce landscape for small businesses. Now, it is time for Square to bring the same ingenuity to the world of fulfillment and empower sellers with a brick & mortar legacy to enter the daunting world of eCommerce and marketplaces.

In 2020 the world was hit with a global pandemic. It demonstrated the need for flexible options of how our Sellers interact with their buyers. The pandemic accelerated the need for businesses to sell AND fulfill orders in a variety of ways. As Sellers rapidly moved online, they saw that this was only half the picture and would now require the same flexibility in their fulfillment options. Our team’s mission is to fill that gap.  Square built its foundation on revolutionizing payments, now let's build what it means for Square to do the same for fulfillment. From that, we get our team’s name Fulfillment Squared.

Our goal is to lower the barrier to entry for our Sellers to move into a more complex fulfillment landscape. While keeping the experience accessible and available to anyone. All in an effort to further our mission of economic empowerment.
