    Job Description

    Our Performance Marketing team (Demand Generation) drives new customer acquisition across Square's entire product ecosystem. As a Creative Strategist, you will report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and help us achieve our goals by connecting with internal partners, writing and leading the briefing / review processes, and establishing and implementing a reporting process. You will focus on on creative test ideation, post production, and performance analysis on paid social videos, display banners, search copy, direct mail pieces and more, delivering new content weekly.

    You will:

    • Manage the creative test plans for our products across all channels to improve customer acquisition
    • Design creative test ideas based on results and product priorities
    • Establish and implement a creative reporting process
    • Analyze creative performance data on a monthly basis
    • Socialize out results through presentations and written reports
    • Balance internal partnerships with both Performance and Creative, managing timelines and expectations
    • Draft creative briefs based on identified campaign goals
    • Review creative deliverables and approve for use
    • Consult Product Marketing Managers on landing page test ideas and lead some landing page testing
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications You have:

    • 2+ years of professional experience in performance marketing
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience with paid marketing campaigns, especially paid social (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Creative testing experience across multiple channels
    • Background working in partnership with Creative teams
    • Experience working with digital/social video assets
    • Media agency background a bonus
