    Job Description

    Square is looking for a passionate leader to manage a team of our Onboarding Specialists. The Square Global Seller Onboarding team uses project management skills and industry knowledge to onboard Square's upmarket customers onto the Square ecosystem using several different strategies: remote training, on-site training, partnerships, and scalable onboarding. Your leadership will directly help Square drive revenue by helping improve our customer onboarding program. Your work will accelerate the Sales funnel, create efficiency and automation in onboarding, while providing the best experience to Square customers. You will report directly to our Head of Global Seller Onboarding in the US.

    You Will:

    • Manage and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists (Implementation Specialists) in one or multiple offices.
    • Support expected levels of customer onboarding productivity as determined by the Sales model.
    • Create and foster a team culture of trust, accountability, success and fun where people are encouraged to share information, constructively debate, and communicate freely.
    • Help improve our customer onboarding program, driving efficiency and automation, while finding additional monetization opportunities across the organization.
    • Partner in cross-functional efforts across Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance to remove obstacles, improve customer adoption and create an optimal customer experience.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    You Have:

    • 3+ years of success across Sales, Professional Services or Operations as an individual contributor or in a management role, with management experience preferred
    • Ability to coach your team to higher performance (outputs and customer experience)
    • Project/Program Management experience
    • Experience in high transaction volume SaaS application or financial services Sales preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Experience in a metrics-driven Sales organization

    Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Zone A: USD $103,900 - USD $126,900 Zone B: USD $96,600 - USD $118,000 Zone C: USD $88,300 - USD $107,900 Zone D: USD $77,900 - USD $95,300
