    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Consumer Banking Organization’s mission is to become essential to Members’ lives by providing Everyday Banking products with unparalleled value, service, and convenience while also serving as a key source of funding for the Company.

    The Senior Analyst, Savings Servicing Communications Product Management, will play a key role within the core team supporting our Consumer Savings products-the largest offering in the Banking portfolio, with over $120 billion in deposits. This individual will partner cross-functionally to develop, manage, and optimize customer servicing communications across channels and ensure alignment with customer needs, servicing priorities, and regulatory requirements, as the product continues to evolve.

    This role will also support major feature launches and ongoing compliance initiatives, in close collaboration with internal Deposits teams to drive consistency across products. With a focus on a critical customer experience touchpoint, this position offers a strong opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Savings portfolio.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of customer servicing communications, partnering with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute key initiatives

    • Draft, refine, and secure approvals for customer-facing communications in collaboration with cross-functional partners

    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Product, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Servicing, and Technology teams

    • Partner with internal teams to define, test, and implement technical requirements, including platform enhancements

    • Monitor and analyze communication performance post-deployment, and collaborate with partners to troubleshoot and improve outcomes

    • Work closely with Banking product counterparts to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive process efficiencies, with a focus on cross-deposit alignment

    • Leverage customer feedback, internal best practices, and competitive insights to inform ongoing communication strategy and future enhancements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and ability to work with “start-up” mentality, including managing multiple projects and priorities

    • Quick learner of proprietary systems and processes

    • Self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and project management skills

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change

    • Team player with a passion to create the best customer experience for our customers

    • Intellectual curiosity to learn more about Banking and digital customer experience
