Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr Director to drive product delivery for our Issuer Digital Products business. You will be responsible for defining and driving the execution of product strategy, roadmap, and optimization for Visa's new and existing digital solutions aimed at issuers. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, a strong product management and development background, and exceptional leadership skills. This role is based in Austin and will report to the VP of Product for Issuing Solutions Digital Business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create a compelling and forward-thinking product vision that aligns with Visa's overall business strategy and goals
Develop and enhance a modular platform to deliver best-in-class digital products to issuers that align with Visa's overall business strategy and goals
Oversee the product and platform development from concept to launch, including ideation, development, and testing
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product and platform development and delivery
Continuously monitor and optimize product and platform performance post-launch to guide product innovation and development
Establish and manage a prioritized product backlog based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities
Continuously monitor industry developments to ensure Visa's digital product and platform remain competitive and innovative
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross platform and product teams, and other functional areas
Engage with key clients and partners to understand their needs/expectations and secure their alignment
This is a hybrid position located in Austin TX. (we are not considering other locations at this time. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 184,100.00 to 267,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
