Job Description
The Sr. Manager for Global Brand, Global Marketing Services and B2B Marketing Sourcing leads by example, and through partnership to drive competitive advantage and value for Visa Inc. The Sr. Manager will manage various Creative and Production subcategories where you will need to identify new opportunities for value, process improvements, and have accountability to deliver against department and functional goals. You will need a strong sense of urgency and the ability to succinctly frame issues and alternatives to drive decisions forward. This role will report into the Sr. Director - Strategic Sourcing Marketing and be a part of the broader Global Strategic Sourcing Organization.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
8+ years of experience in Marketing Strategic Sourcing, client-side Marketing, or within a Marketing Agency
5+ years leading the development and management of category plans or sourcing strategies specific to marketing categories
Deep understanding of the agency creative and production marketplace, including deep industry and/or professional relationships with suppliers and agencies
Advanced understanding of marketing math/measurement and associated metrics
Past experiences challenging the status quo by developing business cases for change through leveraging business acumen, market intelligence, and insights to drive a broad strategic impact across an organization
Demonstrated contract and agreement negotiation experience, including development of negotiating plans and strategies for various marketing categories
•Strong relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with senior to executive level management. You need to be able to tell compelling stories through insights and data
Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 128,000.00 to 185,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
