Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) within Visa has a strategic growth initiative to expand beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows between individuals, businesses, and governments. The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B provide Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand, expertise, and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B, B2b, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B, etc.). The target market opportunity of more than 185T in potential volume is a Board-level aspiration for the company, with an aggressive net revenue CAGR forecast of 25%+ over the next five years.
Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a key business within (CMS responsible for growing all flows between businesses and governments from SMBs to the largest global corporates. We enable business and government entities of all sizes to thrive in dynamic global and local markets, by providing innovative end-to-end payment capabilities and frictionless experiences that simplify the critical processes that businesses perform daily. These critical processes include managing expenses, compliance, vendors and reporting and of course, making payments. Our suite of products and solutions deliver better cash flow, productivity, administrative efficiency, reconciliation, control and acceptance for clients. Visa is the number one payment network for small businesses, and we are rapidly growing our depth and breadth of solutions for large corporates and governments. We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services.
The VCS PMO team has responsibility for enabling and supporting the VCS Business to deliver on its strategy. The team works collaboratively with Product Development, Product Management, Operations & Infrastructure, Cyber-Security, Client Services, and other key enterprise teams, across both global and region stakeholders, ensuring collaboration, alignment, governance, execution, and delivery.
Technical Program Manager for Visa Commercial Solutions will be the for Team of Teams (TofT) PMO lead who will provide oversight and governance on cross-functional delivery of the VCS initiatives as well as ensure seamless and timely planning, prioritization and execution. This role is critical for a successful delivery of the 2030 Strategic objectives and milestones on the product & technology roadmap.
The person must possess a can-do attitude, a growth-oriented mindset, process-focused and an ability to deal with change and ambiguity. Candidates must have a technical background and be willing to learn new technologies, leverage Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies and understand the products and solutions being developed. Experience in Enterprise Agile methodologies is highly preferred.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
•8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
•9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
•Agile Lifecycle Management tool (Jira, Jira Align, Rally) and PPM (Clarity, Primavera, HP PPM etc.).
•Scaled Agile Certification (SAFe for Teams, Leading SAFe, Implementing SAFe, SAFe for Release Train Engineers).
•Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Clarity, Rally, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, JIRA Etc.)
Experience with productivity and collaboration tools, including Share point, Microsoft Teams, Wiki pages, Microsoft 360 copilot etc
•Scaled Agile Framework Certified - SAFe Agilist or SAFe Program Consultant
•Program Management Professional (PgMP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).
•Experience with JIRA Align, Tableau, Power BI.
•Experience with project management techniques software development lifecycle in a Fin-Tech background scrum or agile experience.
•Experience with productivity and collaboration tools, including Share point, Microsoft Teams, Wiki pages, Microsoft 360 copilot etc.
•Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning to improve. effectiveness of the Product delivery.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,200.00 to 207,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
