Opportunities available in the following areas:

Developer/Engineer

• Collaborate with business users, systems analysts and or development teams in defining, analyzing and interpreting business and technical requirements
• Develop technical expertise in any number of programming languages including but not limited to: JAVA, Hadoop, Microsoft.NET (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET)
• Participate in code and documentation or design reviews according to standards or new specifications

Business/Systems Analyst

• Liaison between development and business groups in defining requirements, features, and solutions
• Analysis of changes to the application and/or data and document their impact on all the dependent systems/applications
• Analyze business or functional requirements to deliver artifacts and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written
• Use enterprise-wide requirements definition, management systems, methodologies and standards as required

Planning & Execution

• Liaison between development and technology groups in defining requirements, features, and solutions
• Assess resources available and resources necessary
• Define business and project plans
• Explore and develop solution proposals
• Work with managers and teams to create project plans and execution timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Highly motivated to succeed, fast learner, team player with positive attitude
• High level integrity, professional attitude, reliable and dependable
• Strong analytical, structured problem solving and decision making abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand the big picture as well as pay attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements:

• Graduation date before or on December 2023
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Degrees in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Technology related field preferred
