  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Shift Hours are M-F 10:30-7:30p, rotating Saturday schedule.
    • This role requires you to be on-site.
    • Install Configure and Troubleshoot computer equipment, peripherals, software, and services.
    • Provide technical support and training to assist all departments with technology equipment and applications, both remotely and in person.
    • Diagnose hardware, software, and system problems reported to Help Desk.
    • Assist with recurring computer operator type core banking systems responsiblities.
    • Analyze and troubleshoot technology equipment, software and services to ensure high availability.
    • Collaborate with users and vendors to achieve the same.
    • Ensure that all calls, emails and verbal requests are properly documented in the Help Desk system.
    • Assist with procurement of reliable and efficient end user technology equipment, software and services at competitive costs.
    • Assist with IT hardware and software inventory management.
    • Assist with the technology budgeting process by researching and gathering information required to budget for end user technology equipment, software and services.
    • Assist with disaster recovery and business resumption planning for end user computing.
    • Stay current with technologies and applications used by our users.
    • Recommend ways to improve operational efficiencies leveraging new and existing technology.
    • Participate in IT on-call program/rotation.
    • Assist the on-call team member and/or the IT team members with emergencies that occur during non-business hours.
    • Assist with technology vendor management and due diligence activities.
    • Assist with maintaining and evaluating helpdesk procedures.
    • Assist with updating and maintaining current personal computer policies and computer security manuals.
    • Document computer problems and resolutions for future reference.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    MUST HAVES:

    • HS Diploma/GED

    • Two years of experience as a technology analyst or in a role with similar responsibilities.

    • Working knowledge of:

      • windows desktop operating systems
      • networking fundamentals
      • peripherals
      • active directory

    NICE TO HAVES:

    • Expertise in scripting and Office 365
