Description General Purpose: Coordinate a broad range of marketing projects and provide general marketing support for the Valuation Advisory line of business. Assist with planning, provide strategic and creative input, and manage projects to ensure delivery of high-quality work under deadlines. This individual will also aid in the development and implementation of campaigns and programs with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility, providing initial discovery and research to find proper resources and aid in the development of campaigns. Includes event set up & organization, CLE execution, registration / data entry, facilitation of internal processes to implement webinars, direct mail, email, and various administrative tasks as needed. Engages most closely with marketers and specific practice stakeholders involved in identified programs / campaigns. This position reports to the line of business Marketing Director. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Support the development and execution of marketing plans from concept to production (including production of collateral, advertising, web content, direct mail/email and events for prospects and clients) working both independently and with marketing managers and directors. Assist with the coordination and implementation of conferences/tradeshows, seminars and sponsorships and webinars Maintains all marketing assets including collateral, presentations, professional CVs and tombstones Manages distribution/print production of marketing materials Research industry issues, contact, or company (target) information Assist with drafting, updating, and enhancing proposals or presentations in response to RFPs or opportunities Establish tracking procedures, monitor results and evaluate effectiveness to make future recommendations Ensure compliance with all firm brand, regulatory and compliance standards. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Eagerness to expand knowledge in marketing Ability to operate within clearly defined parameters and tasks, while able to effectively prioritize tasks and projects with limited oversight Project and event management skills Strong organizational skills Ability to write clear, articulate prose Excellent interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms a plus (Hubspot, Sitecore) Proficiency with design software a plus (InDesign, Photoshop) Education and/or Training: 2+ years of professional marketing experience and a moderate level of knowledge of marketing fundamentals. Experience in a professional services environment a plus BS/BA in English, Journalism, Marketing or Business Administration or related field; or equivalent level of relevant experience.
