CSI globalVCard is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow globalVCard’s existing customer base, as well as implement new technologies and account management strategies into our business. This position would be physically located in our New York City office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow all necessary client services including but not limited to implementation, vendor enrollment, vendor support, and ongoing account maintenance
• Confidently lead client implementations through conference calls and onsite visits
• Proactively manage new and existing globalVCard vendor databases
• Develop strategic methods for client/vendor retention and revenue growth
• Maintain a strong understanding of CSI’s products for the purpose of presenting new solutions and services to the globalVCard client base
• Provide innovative and creative ideas to enhance the globalVCard program
• Provide timely, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on client progress
• Become APS (Accounts Payable Specialist) certified
• Ability to understand the different processes within the electronic payments space and how our program can provide effective solutions

• Must possess a comfort level with and ability to demo software and technology via webinar, phone and face-to-face
• Excellent, verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Must possess strong time management skills, organizational skills and the ability to work effectively on your own to meet and exceed goals
• Must represent CSI globalVCard in a professional and knowledgeable capacity
• French/Spanish fluency preferred
• Experience in financial technology, banking, credit cards, media, and/or hospitality a plus
• Bachelor's Degree required, with a majors in Business, Finance, English, Economics or Psychology preferred.
