KEY ROLE DETAILS

• This is a full-time paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June through August 2023.  

• Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in the continental United States for the duration of the program.

• Interns will be evaluated for a full-time position within Strategy Consulting, with start dates six months to one year following the completion of the internship.

AT THIS TIME, CAPITAL ONE WILL NOT SPONSOR A NEW APPLICANT FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION FOR THIS POSITION.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or higher with an expectation that degree will be obtained by August 2024 or earlier 

• Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship

STRATEGY CONSULTING INTERN - 2023

The Strategy Consulting Intern Role

Strategy Consulting Interns will have an exciting opportunity to: 

• Shape the direction of one of the largest companies in the U.S. while developing world-class consulting skills

• Work collaboratively on small project teams, taking on company-defining strategic issues and directly advising the company’s CEO and senior executives 

• Partner with experienced consultants and learn about technology, the financial services industry, and a variety of business functions through projects that typically last 4 months

• Advance critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills in an inclusive environment dedicated to professional development

• Leverage the expertise of team members from a variety of professional backgrounds, including management consulting, financial services, and entrepreneurship
