    Strategy & Enablement, within the Enterprise Transformation organization, sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading the development of enterprise strategy and translating strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.     As a Strategy & Enablement Associate, you will support the development of enterprise strategy and the translation of strategic priorities into actionable and measurable roadmaps and detailed plans. Working closely with Strategy & Enablement leadership, the Enterprise Program Management Office team, and partners across business, technology, and functional teams, you will conduct research and analysis, build executive-ready materials, and coordinate the routines that keep enterprise priorities on track.

    Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a disciplined approach to execution. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, produce high-quality work products, communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders, and apply direction and feedback to progressively more complex assignments in accelerated timeframes.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    The Strategy & Enablement Associate supports the team through research, analysis, and executive material development, and helps drive the execution routines that translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

    In this role, you will:

    • Conduct market, industry, competitive, and internal analyses to inform strategic plans and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
    • Gather, validate, and synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
    • Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and narratives that clearly communicate priorities, progress, risks, findings, and recommendations.
    • Connect signals across initiatives, functions, and external market developments to surface patterns, dependencies, and implications.
    • Support the translation of enterprise strategic objectives into initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
    • Support governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and performance metrics by coordinating inputs, maintaining reporting discipline, and tracking actions and decisions.
    • Coordinate inputs from business, technology, and functional partners to support recurring planning, reporting, and value realization cycles.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of Strategy & Enablement tools, templates, processes, and reporting practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of related experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or business transformation.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
    • Demonstrated experience conducting research and analysis and translating findings into structured, well-supported insights and recommendations.
    • Experience supporting the development of strategies, roadmaps, initiatives, and execution plans.
    • Experience developing executive-level materials, presentations, and narratives for senior audiences.
    • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including slide design, data visualization, quantitative analysis, and storytelling.

    The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
