JOB DESCRIPTION:

2023 SUMMER HYBRID INTERNSHIP - NEW YORK OR BOSTON

Global Fund Banking Structured Fund Solutions (SFS) team is responsible for the structuring, due diligence and deal management of a new and growing portfolio of asset-back loans to private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds across North America and EMEA. The SFS team partners closely with GFB’s Portfolio and Relationship Management teams to support and deliver targeted solutions to all GFB clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities will depend on the needs of the business unit during the internship, but are likely to include (not limited to):

• Support SFS team in financial analysis and modeling for prospective and existing clients

• Assist in preparing portfolio analysis and diligence packages for senior team members

• Contribute to the completion of audits of third-party borrowing bases for financing facilities that the SFS team is considering.

• Utilize third party data sources to inform underwriting and support team’s decision making

• Support team’s deal, pipeline and folder organization

• Contribute to broader GFB-wide ongoing projects and initiatives

BASE PAY:

$18.00 - $31.00

Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
