The Transformation and Execution Division is responsible for overseeing the company’s migration process as part of its 10-year partnership with Google Cloud to transform global derivatives markets. The group also ensures that we have robust and comprehensive plans and execution capabilities to achieve our strategic goals and objectives across all areas of our business.

Program Overview:

During this 4-week program led by Transformation & Execution during Summer 2024, Discoverers will participate in a hybrid program based in the Chicago office. You will have the opportunity to lead your own project while developing foundational skills and learning from CME Group employees.

Responsibilities:

• Perform independent research and analysis
• Apply frameworks to project and create presentation report-out
• Connect with people from across the business to gain exposure
• Build analytical skills through assignments such as spreadsheet challenges and case studies

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently an early college student or rising first-year student with an interest in finance and technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Effective communication including excellent writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate successfully
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks

Bonus Qualifications:

• Previous experience or coursework related to role
• Previous experience presenting to stakeholders
