Summer 2024 Transformation & Execution Intern - Knowledge & Project Management
Description
The Transformation and Execution Division is responsible for overseeing the company's migration process as part of its 10-year partnership with Google Cloud to transform global derivatives markets. The group also ensures that we have robust and comprehensive plans and execution capabilities to achieve our strategic goals and objectives across all areas of our business.
Transformation and Execution seeks multiple interns for Summer 2024 hybrid roles based in the Chicago office. Responsibilities will vary depending on assigned manager but may include:
Identifying business requirements
Tracking and reporting on progress
Creating process documentation
Research topics to develop holistic processes and requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, information science, technology, or other related field
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Effective communication including excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate successfully
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
Bonus Qualifications:
Previous experience with project management and Agile methodology
Previous experience Jira software
