Part-Time Call Center Agent ($13.45/hr)
Provide friendly, efficient response to member inquiries via phone, mail, e-mail or fax, in an inbound call center environment.
Use various computer applications to input, interpret, and research financial information.
Under direct supervision, follow standard procedures.
Promote our products and services enthusiastically to each member and work well in a competitive environment.
Identify, communicate and proactively offer additional products and services to members
Meet monthly sales goals
Process financial transactions, including documentation, in an accurate and efficient manner
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service/sales experience required
Must be available M-F 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to work PT hours as scheduled
Available for orientation and approximately 8 weeks (4 weeks - full time training & 4 weeks - part time training)
Must be enthusiastic about delivering quality service
Consistent positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude
Ability to verbally communicate appropriately with others and appropriately respond to criticism from a supervisor
Ability to quickly learn and maintain knowledge on a wide variety of products and services
Articulate phone skills, including excellent listening skills
Computer skills, basic math skills
Ability to function as a team player
