AS A LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
Work with Summit’s Learning and Development Coordinator to build and maintain Summit's top-notch training programs. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative and tactical support for Summit’s Learning and Development projects, evaluate and recommend internal and external training options, organize training project activities, and play a key role in implementing new programs designed to support Summit's evolving business needs.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT – Assist in the administration of Summit’s Talent Management software platform including data entry, tracking, pulling and creating reports, and updating records
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT – Administration of the training and development function, including:
TRAINING/DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT – Support and assist the Learning and Development Coordinator with creation and/or modification of training and development programs as needed
