Associate Services Representives (HR Generalist)
Job Description
Summit Electric Supply is looking for someone to join our HR Department (Associate Services) as a full-time team member. In this position, you will manage the timely and accurate entry of associate-related information in Summit’s electronic and hard copy systems including HRIS, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and SAP systems. Other general duties wil encompass areas such as assisting with payroll processing and benefits “troubleshooting” (questions involving rate of pay, benefits deductions, and other unresolved issues.) and assisting employees with FMLA and leave of absence questions. This position will require frequent interaction with payroll, benefits, recruiting, training, SC leaders, and marketing. The ideal candidate will encourage and promote all Associate Services (HR) efforts for Summit associates in all locations consistent with Summit values and mission.
